ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICIES

PLACING AN ORDER

HennaMe accepts credit cards through PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks and cash. PayPal purchases can be made directly through the site via the secure online shopping cart system. If you do not have a PayPal account, they are extremely quick and easy to set up during checkout. With Paypal, you can either use a credit card or you can transfer funds directly from your bank account. If transferring funds directly from your bank account, it takes 3-5 days for the transaction to clear. Your order will be shipped when Paypal notifies us that the transaction has cleared.
If you would like to pay by money order or cashier's check (no personal checks) through the regular mail, please email us and we will send you an invoice that you can print and include with your order.
Local pickups can only be made at a public event as listed here, in which prior arrangements must be made. We do not allow local pickups at any other location.
Please be sure to confirm your shipping address upon checkout.

SHIPPING AND POSTAGE

Orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. International orders may take a bit longer to process (see "International Orders" below). If you need an order by a certain date, please email your request and we will do our best to accommodate.
Expedited shipping is available. Please email for a quote.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to confirm your shipping address upon checkout. Shipping labels are generated directly through Paypal. If your Paypal address is outdated and the package ships to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for postage to have the order re-sent. Orders will not be re-sent until the original order comes back to HennaMe. If the destination address error is on our part, we will re-ship the order at our expense.
Shipping charges are calculated by order dollar amount. Although this method works fine for most orders, sometimes adjustments need to be made. If your order is exceptionally light in weight and required postage is low, we will gladly refund a portion of your shipping charges at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The shopping cart will NOT automatically add postage to international orders (except Canada). Postage must be calculated on a per order basis. Once an order is received, HennaMe will contact the customer with postage options and costs. A Paypal money request for the remaining balance due will be emailed to the customer. Orders will be processed once the balance is received.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Transit times vary depending on shipping method and customs clearance. Please see details below.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL
• Estimated transit time: 5 days.
• This method of shipment is automatically insured and you would receive a tracking number.
• If the package is unclaimed, refused or non-deliverable, the package would be returned to HennaMe. You would be responsible for postage to re-send the order. Please note that no re-shipments will be made until the ORIGINAL PACKAGE COMES BACK TO HENNAME. No refunds will be given for unclaimed, refused or non-deliverable shipments.
• You would be responsible for any duties or taxes.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL
• Estimated transit time: 6-10 days
• Although there is an online confirmation of shipment, this method CANNOT BE INSURED and there is NO TRACKING AVAILABLE. If the package contents become damaged or the package is lost, HennaMe is not liable and will not reimburse you for damaged items or a lost package.
• If the package is unclaimed, refused or non-deliverable, the package would be returned to HennaMe and return postage may be incurred. You would be responsible for these charges as well as postage to re-send the order. Please note that no re-shipments will be made until the ORIGINAL PACKAGE COMES BACK TO HENNAME. No refunds will be given for unclaimed, refused or non-deliverable shipments.
• You would be responsible for any duties or taxes.
• Since this method of shipment cannot be insured or traced, YOU WOULD BE ORDERING AT YOUR OWN RISK.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item, please send it back to the address below within 30 days and HennaMe will gladly issue a full refund or exchange. Item must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION to qualitfy for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement.
